All prints are created from original paintings by Emily Stewart and produced using professional print-on-demand methods on high-quality materials. Each piece is made to order with care to preserve detail, depth, and tone.
Do you offer free shipping?
Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout. From time to time, free shipping promotions may be offered.
How long does delivery take?
Prints are made to order. Production typically takes a few business days, followed by shipping. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout, and tracking information is sent once your order ships. This is usually about two weeks from the date the order was placed.
Where do you ship from and where do you ship to?
Orders are fulfilled through professional print partners and may ship from different locations depending on destination. We ship domestically and internationally.

Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll take care of it promptly.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on prints. If you’re not satisfied, you may return your print in original condition for a refund of the product price. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Original artworks are final sale.
Do the colors look exactly like what I see on my screen?
Every effort is made to represent artwork accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings and the nature of print production.
Are frames included?
Frames are included when you choose them in the dropdown. Most canvas prints have both options.
Can I order a custom size or commission?
Custom sizes or commissions may be available for select works. Please reach out before ordering to discuss options at helloartoopia@gmail.com.
Is there a way to preview the artwork on my wall?
Many collectors find it helpful to measure and tape out dimensions on their wall to visualize scale before purchasing. I can also help you with a mockup if you email me a photo of the room (with the wall bare, ideally) to helloartoopia@gmail.com.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards and select cryptocurrency payments.
Are cryptocurrency purchases refundable?
Cryptocurrency payments are non-reversible once confirmed. For eligible print issues, replacements or store credit may be offered in accordance with our return policy.
